To the hospital...

We are leaving in about 45 minutes to go to the hospital. I'm nervous. I'm okay though. Just keep praying for us.

Jackson seems to be good - he had a big gift (Thank you, Uncle Jack and Aunt Paulette) to open this morning and it helped get his mind off of eating. He is our eater and so he is not all that happy to not be able to eat, but... Daddy took him on a little drive this morning so that he wouldn't be here when Jada and Treyton were eating.

Marci and Micah are here with us. Thanks, Anthony and Josh! I can't tell you how much better my evening went last night when they were here to get my mind off of things.

Anyone is welcome to call anytime. With my list of people to call I am sure to forget someone - Please call me if you have any desire...after all, that will take my mind off of everything, too! 8-)

I hope that your summer is going slower than mine. I think I could have summer all year around. It just can't get hot enough for me I don't think!

I thought I would update and ask for some prayers. Jackson will be having surgery this Friday at 12:45. I won't go into details here in case someone has a weak stomach or doesn't really care to hear about it, but if any of you have the chance to pray we would really appreciate it. It is not a life or death surgery, but there is always a risk when you are putting someone to sleep. We don't have the choice of whether to do it or not - we have to do it or it will lead to some other problems. Jackson is fine with it all - he doesn't know what is going on. I, on the other hand, probably need more prayers than him.

I am fine with you asking questions (the5weavers@sbcglobal.net) if you would like to know more about it, but that is up to you since you all know what you can handle. You can also feel free to call anytime at 3308066964.

We're home!

We got home Sunday evening and we were happy to be here. We loved ever minute of vacation, but it was nice to see home, too.

We went to Franklin BMC on Sunday morning - we had no intention of going (If you couldn't tell by our clothes), but with Marc and Melodie there and with us in the area, we just couldn't pass it up. We enjoyed seeing all of you and wish we could have visited longer.

I will get started soon on the rest of the 100 pictures that I promised. We took over 1,000 pics so 100 good ones shouldn't be hard to fin at all.

HEY, THERE!!

Here we are! I thought I would just take a second (a very short second) to upload some pics and just say hi. We are having an absolute blast!!! Can't believe we only have a couple more days. So sad - but we have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

I've missed you guys! (**whatever!**) 8-)

(We packed a lunch and found a peaceful spot to eat. It was great. We also hiked around a little while there - at least as much as you can with a 4 year old and two 3 year olds!)

(Tuesday we went to Dollywood. Had a great time. Here we are waiting on the Water Rampage ride on which I was completely soaked to the skin while everyone else seemed to only have a little mist!!!!!!!)

(Our kids were game for anything that they were tall enough for as far as rides. I was totally surprised since their mother seems to want to stay away from them! 8-) )

(We were so sad when Marc and Melodie had to leave on Wednesday morning. We did get to do some Go-Kart riding that morning and then we to lunch together. We had a GREAT time together! So glad they could join us!!!)

(Need I say any more about these pics?? Nathan was kind enough to house a great amount of Scrapbook supplies on our way down here and we have had a great time SBing a couple of nights. This store is GREAT!!)

PS - the picture clear at the top of the blog is a picture I took in Cade's Cove. It was just gorgeous the day we were there! We have had HOT, but beautiful weather!

NO more days!!!

YAY! Can't believe it!!! I'm so excited. My vacation started when Nathan got home from work tonight. Just knowing he was home for good put my vacation into motion!!

We are totally ready. Van is loaded except last minute stuff. House is in near perfect order and completely cleaned. Laundry is done except what we have on and that will be going in the washer as soon as we don't have it on!! 8-) And there is not a dirty dish in sight. I love going away but the best feeling is going away knowing that you are coming home to a house that needs no work!

I will have my laptop and will try to update at least one time while on vacation. I love hearing from fellow bloggers while they are on vacation so I will try to let you know what we are doing and maybe post a picture or two.

The packing has started - can't believe it is actually happening.

Although I am so so so excited to be packing there is always that fear that I am forgetting something. Take a minute to share with me what you have forgotten to pack when you are going away. I like to hear that others are human, and besides that maybe I will learn from YOUR mistakes!! 8-)

The excitement is building! Only 4 more days till we are outta here! I can't promise lots of updates between now and then, but I do promise to share at least 100 pictures with you when I get back?! How does that sound? Someone is going to have to tell me how to do the web album thing - or maybe I am going to have to take the time to figure it out.
